The success of an organizational transformation depends on the correct diagnosis of problems and team alignment regarding the proposed solutions. Many teams are unaware of the core technical problems they have, wasting time in solving the wrong problem, failing to implement changes due to the absence of team commitment, or thinking they are going in the right direction but going in the worse direction. Through our technical assessment:
We help the team gain awareness of the current business context, technical challenges, and the cost of not solving the problem
We help the team reach alignment regarding the proposed solutions to solve the technical challenges and achieve the technical transformation
We help assess our “mutual compatibility” for any future coaching, which can proceed only if there is alignment regarding the value of the transformation
Schedule: 3 hr sessions + 1-page report (~ 2 weeks).
The Technical Assessment is executed over a 2-week period.
Preparation
Client chooses a person who will be the Session Organizer. This person will be the central point of communication with Optivem for purposes of scheduling sessions in the calendar.
The Session Organizer performs the following:
Informs the whole team regarding the technical assessment
Creates a shared folder (e.g. in GDrive, OneDrive, etc.) and shares that file both with Optivem (valentina.cupac@optivem.com) and with all the participants
Sends calendar invites based on the agreed-upon sessions
In that shared folder: adds a spreadsheet file containing the list of all the participants (names and roles)
If anything is unclear, the Session Organizer can send an email to Valentina.
